Renowned ramp model Areeba Habib is all gear up to make her acting debut opposite Imran Abbas in iDreams much-anticipated project, ‘Koi Chand Rakh Meri Sham Par’.
A source close to the production house told Celeb Dhaba that Areeba Habib was an apt choice for the role of Nishal in the drama.
“It is a beautiful story where Areeba plays a character of modern, urban girl (Nishal). She is smart, loveable and persuasive by nature. She is actually the driving force in the story,” the source said.

The source also added that Areeba will play Imran Abbas’s love interest in the drama.
“Viewers will love the awesome love chemistry between Imran Abbas and Areeba Habib. Although her character has some grey shades and dark areas but we are sure that people will find her character quite relatable.”
The drama has been written by Maha Malik and directed by Siraj Ul Haque. The studded cast of the drama also included Ayeza Khan, Muneeb Butt and Ayeza Khan.
According to sources, Imran Abbas will play antagonist in the drama where as Muneeb Butt will be seen in a role of a positive guy in the story.
The shoot for the drama has already kicked off in Karachi. The drama will air on Ary Digital in the next quarter of the year.
