In the heart of Manchester, amidst a star-studded extravaganza, Pakistani talent took center stage at the 5th International Pakistan Prestige Awards (IPPA).

This glittering event celebrated the best of Pakistani entertainment and marked another milestone in the IPPA journey. With a red carpet graced by luminaries from the world of Pakistani cinema and television, this year’s IPPA Awards was a spectacular showcase of the immense talent and glamour that Pakistan has to offer. From iconic actors to rising stars, the Pakistani entertainment industry shone brightly, leaving an indelible mark on the international stage. The event commenced with a red carpet graced by the presence of numerous celebrities. Dressed in their most glamorous outfits, these stars illuminated the night. Azfar Rehman and Hiba Bukhari set the tone for the evening as the dynamic hosting duo. They welcomed the organizers of IPPA, Mr. Ali Malik and Mr. Mukhtar Chouhan, who delivered heartfelt speeches and expressed their gratitude to the people of Manchester for their unwavering support.

Awards Galore

The excitement was palpable as the awards ceremony began. The “BEST COMEDY WEB SERIES OTT” award was presented by Mr. Afzal Khan, Member of Parliament and Shadow Minister, to Mahsam Raza. The night continued with the presentation of the “BEST RISING STAR OF THE YEAR” award, presented by Shiraz Uppal and Ansab Rizwan, CEO of Remit Choice, which was claimed by Iman Fatima. The third award, “BEST DESIGNER OF THE YEAR,” was warmly received by Zahid Khan, presented by Nimra Jacob, Mr. Sarfaraz Shafqat, MD, and Founder of Kingsman Health Care Group, and Dr. Salman Shahid, Director, and Co-Founder of Kingsman Holdings Ltd.

IPPA continued to captivate the audience with electrifying performances. The sensational duo, Ammar Khan and Ayesha Omer, delivered a high-energy act that had everyone dancing, adding to the evening’s thrill.

More Awards, More Fun

Following the exhilarating opening performance, it was Ahmed Butt and Mansha Pasha’s turn to grace the stage as the second hosting duo of the evening. The ceremony proceeded with the presentation of the “BEST MODEL OF THE YEAR” award, presented by Omaima Mailk and Fatima Ahmed, CEO of Kara Makeup Academy. The spotlight then shifted to the “BEST SOCIAL MEDIA SENSATION” award, presented by Mr. Aurangzaib Khan, CEO, and Founder of Kabana, and Omaima Malik. The excitement built further with the announcement of the “BEST DEBUTANT OF THE YEAR,” unveiled by Mr. Ali Malik and Tooba Anwar. The winner was none other than Amar Khan. The next award, “IPPA SINGER OF THE YEAR,” was presented by Yashma Gill and Mr. Mukhtar Chauhan Ahmed, with the victory celebrated by Shiraz Uppal.

Captivating Performances Continue

To keep the entertainment quotient high, Ali Rehman and Komal Mir graced the stage for another delightful performance, brought to you by BISCONNI CHOCOLATTO, leaving the audience thoroughly entertained.

Drama Awards Take Center Stage

As the night continued, Mansha Pasha and Hiba Bukhari took the stage as hosts, creating an atmosphere where the audience enjoyed the best moments of the night. They began by announcing the “IPPA STYLE ICON OF THE YEAR” award, which was presented by Irfan Malik, CEO of Easy-E Money Digital Banking Manchester, and Ms. Samina Humayun Saeed. The award was claimed by Ayesha Omar and Ali Rehman Khan.

The excitement in the room remained palpable as the evening continued with the announcement of the “IPPA STAR OF THE YEAR MALE” award, presented by Rabia Javaid, Manager of PR & Communication at Eighteen by Aura, and Ahsan Khan. This title was claimed by Sheheryar Munawar. The spotlight then turned to the highly anticipated “IPPA STAR OF THE YEAR FEMALE” award, presented by Wahab Riaz and Ayesha Omer. The award was presented to Humaima Malik.

Lifetime Achievement and More

The most awaited moment of the evening was marked by the “IPPA LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD.” This iconic award was presented by two beloved figures of the industry, Humayun Saeed and Sultana Siddiqui, to honor a true luminary, Atiqa Odho.

Drama Awards Unveiled

The drama awards section was brought to life by the dynamic duo of Ahmed Butt and Mansha Pasha. Their infectious chemistry and witty banter had the audience in splits, setting the stage for the drama awards segment. The winners of several awards were finally unveiled.

The “BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR DRAMA SERIAL” award was presented by Saife Hasaan and Komal Meer, with the recipient Samya Mumtaz for Sang e mah. The “BEST ON-SCREEN COUPLE DRAMA SERIAL” award was handed over by Usman Elahi Malik, CEO of CanOlive Cooking Oil, and Komal Meer, with the accolade claimed by Hiba Bukhari and Ahsan Khan. The “BEST DIRECTOR TV DRAMA SERIAL” award was presented to Saife Hasan by Momina Duraid. The highly anticipated “BEST DRAMA SERIAL” award was unveiled by the graceful Atiqa Odho, and the winner was Sinf-e-Aahan.

Film Category Triumphs

The evening continued with the presentation of the “BEST ACTOR FEMALE DRAMA SERIAL” award, presented by Mohammed Sabir Godil, COO of Bisconni, and Mehwish Hayat. This award was given to Hania Aamir. Finally, the “BEST ACTOR MALE DRAMA SERIAL” award was unveiled by Shehla Asghar, Group Brand Manager, Anusha Khan, Brand Manager, and Mehwish Hayat. The title was awarded to Ahsan Khan. The winners received their accolades with grace and gratitude, and the night continued with a stunning performance by Humaima Malick and Ahsan Khan. Their dynamic performance left the audience craving more and added an extra layer of excitement to the event.

The “BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR FILM” award was introduced by Ali Rehman Khan, and the award was celebrated by Sohail Ahmed for “London Nahi Jaunga.” The subsequent two awards were presented by Sheheryar Munawar and Hania Amir. The first of these accolades, “BEST DIRECTOR FILM,” was won by Ehteshamuddin for “Dum Mustum.” Then, the same duo presented the “Best Film” award to “London Nahi Jaunga.” The “BEST ACTOR FEMALE FILM” award was presented by Mian Shahzad Khalid, Group Director at United Industries Ltd, and Adnan Siddiqui. This title was claimed by Mehwish Hayat. The next highly anticipated award was for “BEST ACTOR MALE FILM,” introduced by Omer Ahmed, Head of Marketing at United Industries Ltd, Alina Lodhi, Brand Manager at United Industries Ltd, and Amar Khan. The award was secured by Humayun Saeed.
