Hum Kahan Kay Sachay Thay OST singer has worked hard to redefine the local music scene as a young rising sensation.
As Spotify’s EQUAL Ambassador for the month of August 2023, Yashal Shahid is advancing the cause of female musicians throughout Pakistan with her commanding, magical voice. As per EQUAL Pakistan’s monthly custom, Yashal’s song “Sajna” is included on the EQUAL playlist on Spotify for the month, making her stand out on a digital billboard in Times Square, New York City.

“I am in a state of both shock and gratitude,” said Yashal while expressing how she felt about being introduced as an EQUAL Pakistan Ambassador. “Spotify is aptly improving the course of our music journey by ensuring recognition and celebration, regardless of the what, who, and where, which will be revolutionary for Pakistani women artists in the coming future”, she added further.

Yashal’s track Sajna was originally released in 2019, marking the official debut of her career. Bharaas “ an OST sung by Yashal Shahid for a famous Pakistani drama serial is amongst her biggest hits. At the same time, her tracks, Tere Bin , Mujhe Vida Kar and Ranjhna have also gained widespread acclaim from listeners all over the world.
