Green Entertainment currently on-aired drama, Kabli Pulao, starring Tere Bin actress Sabeena Farooq and the veteran Mohammed Ehteshamuddin, is all set to air on Zee5 for Indian viewers.
Seeing the popularity of Kabli Pulao, a lot of Pakistani drama lovers in India are curious to watch it but unfortunately it is not available for them on YouTube. However, now they have good news.

Kabli Pulao actress Nadia Afgan revealed on a social media platform that Zee 5 has acquired the rights of the drama and they can stream it on OTT platform very soon. “Because Zee5 has bought the rights and Indian audience will able to watch it there” she wrote in response to fan’s query on her story.
Earlier Sabeena Farooq, who play the lead of Afghani girl Barbeena in Kabli Pulao, has also hinted to a big surprise for Indian fans on social media.

Kabli Pulao is directed by Kashif Nisar and the script is jotted down by Zafar Mairaj. The plot of Kabuli Pulao centers on the relationship between Barbeena, an Afghan girl in distress, and Haji Mushtaq, a moral man from Lahore. Before meeting Barbeena, Haji Mushtaq, a 51-year-old Muslim punjabi bachelor, led a straightforward life. When her brother asks him to marry her so that he may protect her because she is a widow and the brother of her late husband wants to marry her forcibly, he travels to Mardan on a religious tour, where he meets her while staying in a masjid. Haji Mushtaq must wed Barbeena despite his best efforts to support her normally. Shamim, a childhood sweetheart who has a crush on him and has given up all for him, is ready to wed him.

On the urging of his niece Ayesha, who won’t attend her engagement without him, he goes back to his residence with Barbeena. He arrives at his home, where he shares a residence with his family and younger brother Chaudhry Qayyum, and presents Barbeena as a maid who was ready to work for him in exchange for the assistance he had provided for her brother’s treatment. Barbeen quickly develops feelings for Qayyum’s sisters, and because she takes care of the house, other family members start to like her as well.
